During our recent three-night stay at the hotel, I was eager to experience the culinary offerings, especially given my passion for gourmet food. We were pleased that our request for a ground-floor room was accommodated, which made mobility easy for my husband. The menu showcased variety and creativity, with meals that promised a delightful experience. I particularly enjoyed the ambiance, which complemented the dining experience. My husband unfortunately encountered an issue with his veal-he found it quite gristly, rendering it nearly inedible. The service displayed remarkable professionalism as our server addressed our concerns, offering complimentary desserts as an apology. This gesture demonstrated the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. While the dinner was memorable overall, I found breakfast to be surprisingly basic, which fell short of my expectations. In summary, the hotel offers a comfortable stay with a striking dining experience, alongside attentive service that encourages guest feedback. I anticipate returning and observing how their culinary offerings evolve further, particularly for breakfast.
